RETAINERS

We require a valid credit card on file in order to secure ALL appointments. A $50 non-refundable retainer is required in order to book any service.

REFUNDS

NO refunds on any completed services. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and appreciate your business. To provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

24-Hour Cancellation Rule:

Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of the security retainer. Please note that the retainer will not be transferred to any future or rescheduled appointments.

Rescheduling After Late Cancellations:

If you wish to reschedule an appointment that was canceled within 24 hours, you must do so by submitting a new appointment request along with an additional security retainer. Rescheduling is not automatic and is subject to availability.

Why This Policy Exists:

Security retainers are in place to protect our business. When appointments are canceled at the last minute, it is often not possible to fill the time slot, resulting in a direct loss of revenue. This policy ensures we can continue to operate efficiently and offer fair availability to all our clients.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

No Shows Will be charged 100% of your scheduled procedure. You will NOT be able to book any future appointments with Brow Nurse & Aesthetics.

LATE ARRIVALS

We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Anyone arriving after this grace period, may be subject to automatic cancellation of the scheduled service.

NON-VIRGIN BROWS

If you have had previous permanent make up services by another provider, you MUST SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION first. If you schedule a service and you have had PMU previously, your appointment will be canceled. Additionally, you will be subject to 100% of the scheduled service fee. Your retainer fee will be forfeited.

GUESTS

SAFETY is important to us!!!. Please no guests or children in the studio at anytime during your appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!
