We value the business of all of our clients. Policies have been put in place so as to give each client the best experience possible.

RETAINERS

We require a valid credit card on file in order to secure ALL appointments.  A $50 non-refundable retainer is required in order to book any service.

REFUNDS

NO refunds on any completed services. NO EXCEPTIONS!

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

Cancellations WE UNDERSTAND!! Life happens! Please give notice of cancellation at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled service. Any cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. Any cancellations made the day of the scheduled service will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you no-show or reschedule more then once with less than 24-hour notice, you will not be allowed to reschedule any more services. 

No Shows Will be charged 100% of your scheduled procedure.  You will NOT be able to book any future appointments with Brow Nurse & Aesthetics.

LATE ARRIVALS

We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Anyone arriving after this grace period, may be subject to automatic cancellation of the scheduled service.

NON-VIRGIN BROWS

If you have had previous permanent make up services by another provider, you MUST SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION first.  If you schedule a service and you have had PMU previously, your appointment will be canceled. Additionally, you will be subject to 100% of the scheduled service fee. Your retainer fee will be forfeited.

GUESTS

SAFETY is important to us!!!. Please no guests or children in the studio at anytime during your appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!
