What is permanent Makeup?

Permanent makeup (PMU) is a cosmetic technique which employs pigmentation of the dermis as a means of producing designs that resemble makeup.  PMU is a great alternative for individuals who have sparse, uneven, or bare brows as a result of over tweezing, old age, genetics or disease (i.e alopecia). 
Is PMU painful? As with any procedure involving a needle, some discomfort may be present.  Overall, PMU services are surprisingly manageable due to a numbing agent that is applied. As a result, most clients are able to relax during the procedure. 
Microshading VS Microblading. We do NOT offer microblading services.  The technique used by Brow Nurse & Aesthetics, is microshading. NO blades are ever used to implant pigment. Microshading is a much more gentle procedure that ensures true to color healing without scarring.
